These Terms of Service apply to every visit to ktbehumble.com and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices
We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on your screen. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Obvious mistakes in a price or description are not binding. Offers and discount codes are valid while stocks last and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Orders
The agreement is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer in stock, when a price was clearly wrong or when we suspect fraud. In that case you receive a full refund of what you paid.
Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, such as iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. When you pay with Klarna, the terms of Klarna also apply.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days after your order, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or someone you appointed receives the parcel. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received your order, without giving a reason. The costs of returning the items are for you. How this works, the conditions and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.
Guarantee and complaints
Every product must be as described and fit for normal use. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund under the legal guarantee. Please report a problem within a reasonable time after you discover it, with your order number and photos, to info@ktbehumble.com. We answer complaints within 14 days.
Pre-orders
For pre-order items the expected shipping date is shown on the product page. If that date changes significantly, we inform you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Accounts
You can order as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the information in your account being correct.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, photos, videos and texts, belongs to KT Be Humble or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by using a product in a way it is not meant for. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page at the time you placed the order.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
