Refund policy

Not completely happy with your order? You can return it within 14 days. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at KT Be Humble.

Return period

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received your order, without giving a reason. After you have told us that you want to return, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed. You may try them on as you would in a store.
• All tags must still be attached.
• Items are returned in the original packaging where possible.

If an item is returned used or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

How to return

1. Send an email to info@ktbehumble.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
2. You receive a confirmation with the return instructions.
3. Pack the items carefully and send them to the return address below, with track and trace. Keep your proof of shipment until you have received your refund.

Return costs

The shipping costs for returning your order are at your own expense. Did you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item? Then we pay the return costs.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days after you told us you want to return. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items or you have shown that you sent them back. If you return your complete order, we also refund the standard shipping costs you paid for the original delivery. Paid with Klarna? Your Klarna statement is adjusted automatically.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another size or colour, return your item for a refund and place a new order. That way the item you want cannot sell out while your return is on its way.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full price items.

Exceptions

Items that are made to your personal specifications, such as items with a custom name or number, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Did something arrive damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered? Email us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the return costs. This does not affect your legal rights: every product comes with the legal guarantee that it must be as described and fit for normal use.
