How do I return or exchange a product?

You can return the product  within 14 days. All products must be unworn and unwashed, with all original KTBEHUMBLE tags attached.

Are returns free?

The costs of returning are for the customer. We do not offer free returns, so you will have to pay for that yourself. The cost are 5,95 euro  returning with PostNL/DHL

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive your return package, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will automatically be processed by the payment method that you selected during the order process

Can I return SALE items?

Any products purchased in the SALE can’t be refunded. You can change it for another size or get store credit.
